Terms and conditions

1. Organiser

The organiser of the prize draw is:

– hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”.

By participating in the prize draw, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Promotion period

The prize draw begins on 31 July 2026 and runs until no later than 31 July 2027.

The prize draw ends early as soon as a winning event within the meaning of section 7 has occurred and the winner has been notified of their win by the Organiser using one of the contact methods specified in section 8. No further entries will be considered after the prize draw has ended.

3. Eligibility

Only natural persons who

• are at least 18 years old,
• are resident in Germany, and
• have at least one active, paid contract with the Organiser

are eligible to participate. Participation in the prize draw itself does not incur any additional charge. In particular, no separate fee is charged for assigning a tip or obtaining a chance to win. The prices and conditions of the underlying contracts are not increased or otherwise changed to the customer’s disadvantage by the prize draw.

Employees of the Organiser, employees of companies involved in the conception and implementation of the prize draw, and their respective family and household members are excluded from participation.

4. Participation and daily tip

Each eligible participant receives one tip per calendar day for each active contract.

A tip consists of six numbers between 01 and 49 and a seventh number as the bonus number.

The number combination is assigned to the participant automatically. No separate paid tip submission is required.

Every complete number combination assigned for a particular calendar day is unique. The same complete number combination is not assigned to another participant on that calendar day.

If a participant has several eligible contracts, they receive a separate daily tip for each contract.

The number of daily tips is therefore determined exclusively by the number of actually existing eligible contracts. No additional fee or separate surcharge is charged for the respective chance to win.

5. Prize

A cash prize with a total value of €600,000 is offered, paid as a monthly payment of €5,000 over a period of ten years (120 months).

The prize is paid in 120 equal monthly instalments of €5,000 each. A maximum of one prize totalling €600,000 may be awarded during the entire promotion period.

Payment of the entire €600,000 as a single amount is excluded.

6. Reference draw and determination of the winning numbers

The winning numbers are determined exclusively on the basis of the draw results of the official Spanish Bonoloto lottery. To determine the winning numbers relevant to this prize draw, the Bonoloto draw results are modified according to the following rules:

From Monday to Saturday, the number 1 is added to each of the six Bonoloto main numbers drawn and to the drawn bonus number (“número complementario”). On Sunday, the following Monday’s Bonoloto draw is used; the number 2 is added to each of the six main numbers and to the bonus number.

If the addition produces a value greater than 49, the relevant winning number is formed from the value exceeding 49. Examples: 49 + 1 = 01; 49 + 2 = 02. The order of the first six numbers is irrelevant. The seventh number of the tip must match the correspondingly modified bonus number (“número complementario” + 1 or + 2) exactly.

Participation in this prize draw does not constitute participation in Bonoloto. The Bonoloto draw results serve exclusively as an independent reference for determining the winning numbers for this prize draw.

7. Winning event

A winning event occurs when the number combination assigned to a participant for the relevant calendar day fully matches the winning combination applicable to that day.

All six main numbers and the bonus number must match the modified Bonoloto numbers determined under section 6. The order of the first six numbers is irrelevant; the seventh number must exactly match the bonus number determined under section 6.

Because each complete number combination is assigned only once per calendar day, there can be only one winner on any calendar day.

As soon as a winning event has been established and the winner has been notified using one of the contact methods specified in section 8, the prize draw ends in full. No further chances to win will be assigned from that point onwards.

8. Notification and acceptance of the prize

The winner will be notified using the contact details held by the Organiser. Notification may be made by email, telephone, SMS, or post. The Organiser is entitled to use several contact methods in parallel or one after another.

The winner must respond to the Organiser using the method specified in the prize notification within 14 calendar days after the first verifiably completed prize notification.

Before paying the prize, the Organiser is entitled to verify the winner’s identity and fulfilment of the eligibility requirements and to request suitable evidence for this purpose.

If the winner does not respond within the stated period or fails to prove their entitlement to the prize, the entitlement may lapse. In this case, the prize will not be awarded again.

9. Payment

After successful verification of the entitlement to the prize, the prize will be paid in 120 monthly instalments of €5,000 each to a bank account specified by the winner.

The first monthly instalment will be paid after successful verification of the entitlement. The remaining 119 monthly instalments will then be paid monthly.

Payment is made over a total period of ten years. The total payment amount is €600,000.

10. Exclusion of participants

The Organiser may exclude participants for good cause. This applies in particular in cases of false information, manipulation or attempted manipulation, technical interference with the prize draw, abusive acquisition of additional chances to win, or other breaches of these terms and conditions.

An entitlement to a prize that has already been established may be revoked if grounds for exclusion are subsequently identified, insofar as legally permissible.

11. Technical disruptions and early termination

The Organiser does not guarantee the continuous technical availability of the prize draw.

The Organiser is entitled to temporarily suspend, modify, or terminate the prize draw early for good cause if proper implementation can no longer be guaranteed due to technical, legal, or other circumstances for which the Organiser is not responsible.

Prize entitlements that have already arisen remain unaffected.

12. Data protection

The Organiser processes the personal data required to conduct the prize draw, in particular to determine eligibility, administer and assign daily tips, identify and notify the winner, and verify and process a prize entitlement.

The controller responsible for data processing is netnext GmbH, Grafenberger Allee 277-287, 40237 Düsseldorf, Germany, email: info@netnext.de. The personal data required as part of the prize draw is processed to conduct the prize draw, verify eligibility, determine the winner, notify the winner, and process the prize. If service providers are used for this purpose, they receive data only to the extent required and on the basis of the applicable data protection requirements. The data is stored only for as long as necessary to conduct and process the prize draw and due to statutory retention obligations. Participants have, within the scope of the statutory requirements, in particular the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. 13. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the determination of the winning numbers, insofar as legally permissible.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
