Legal information

Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how Premium Tipp processes personal data when you use this website. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.

1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

Nexora Solutions LTD
Sofia City, p.c. 1303
Vazrajdane Region
Tsar Simeon Str., No: 202, office: 2
Bulgaria

Email: info@premium-tipp.eu

2. Visiting the website

When you visit this website, technically necessary connection and usage data may be processed. This may include your IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer URL, browser and operating-system information, amount of data transferred, and HTTP status.

This processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably, analyse errors, and prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is operating a secure and reliable online service.

The data is deleted when it is no longer needed for these purposes. It is retained for longer only where necessary to investigate a security incident or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

3. Technically necessary session cookie

This website uses the premium-tipp-session session cookie. It supports the secure operation of the contact form, protects against forged form submissions, and allows feedback to be displayed after submission or a validation error.

Purpose
Technical session management and contact-form protection
Duration
Up to 120 minutes; the session may also end when you close your browser.
Properties
The cookie is not used for advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking. It is required for the functions described above, has the HttpOnly attribute, and uses a SameSite setting designed to protect the session.

The legal basis for storing and accessing this technically necessary cookie is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. The associated processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide:

  • name,
  • company, if provided,
  • email address, and
  • the content of your message.

We also store the time of your privacy consent, the technical source IP address, and information about processing and sending the enquiry.

The data is used to process and answer your enquiry, document the communication, and protect the form against misuse. Processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Providing the data is voluntary; without the fields marked as required and your consent, the enquiry cannot be processed through the form.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To withdraw consent or exercise a privacy right, email info@premium-tipp.eu.

5. Email transmission

After submission, the contact enquiry is sent to the configured contact address. The message data required for delivery is transmitted to the SMTP or email transport service used for that purpose. This service processes the data solely for technical delivery and may act as a processor.

Data is not disclosed for advertising, profiling, or analytics. Other recipients receive data only where this is necessary to handle the enquiry, provide the technical service, comply with a legal obligation, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6. Retention period

Contact enquiries are retained only for as long as necessary to handle and document the enquiry and to assess, establish, exercise, or defend possible legal claims. They are then deleted unless statutory retention obligations or another overriding legitimate reason permits continued storage.

The specific period depends on the reason and content of the enquiry. An enquiry without a subsequent business relationship is deleted after the matter has been completed and the applicable limitation periods have expired. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

7. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data (Article 15 GDPR),
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR),
  • erasure (Article 17 GDPR),
  • restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR),
  • data portability where the requirements are met (Article 20 GDPR),
  • withdraw consent with effect for the future (Article 7(3) GDPR), and
  • object to processing based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR (Article 21 GDPR).

To exercise your rights, contact info@premium-tipp.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.

8. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, and unauthorised access. These measures are adapted to technological developments and the relevant risks.

9. Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy when the website, processing activities, or legal requirements change. The version published on this website is the applicable version.
